This mural was painted in one of my professor's basement, shortly after I finished the Waisman center mural in 2001. He wanted his daughter to have something to look at while she played downstairs, as well as a nice view while he was exercising. The challenge with this mural was painting it in the corner, I tried to make it look like the walls were knocked out and you could walk into the sea.
